SONA Automation LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its principal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Data we collect

This website does not use contact forms, analytics cookies, or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) to keep the site secure and available.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use correspondence only to respond to your inquiry, to prepare and perform a contract with you, and to keep business records we are legally required to keep. Our legal bases under the GDPR are taking steps prior to entering a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Business outreach

We may contact businesses using publicly available professional contact details where we believe our services are relevant. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing us, and we will not contact you again.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We use reputable service providers (such as email and hosting providers) who process data on our behalf. As a US company, your data may be processed in the United States; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and contract records for as long as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. EU and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
